As just moving to Burnt Store Marina, I was panicked because I didn't know who to call or who I could trust and who was going to pick up my kids.  I ask my neighbor, Gary and he had a similar issue happen to his door the month before and recommended Rick.  He said he wasn't like the other companies, he really wanted to help and did not charge him a lot. I called the offices and I explained what was going on, they seemed to know exactly what was wrong with the door. They were there within the hour and had the parts with them! I ended up having a broken spring (who knew???)and they replaced both of them. He explained how the door works and what caused the issue. I was really glad that he was upfront with the cost, I thought it was going to cost a lot more. I was so relieved that I was able to get out on time.
