Tyler arrived early, was not a problem. Did the maintenance and cleaning, answered all my 100 questions and discussed best options to filters inside or out. Cleaned the washable filter and gave me a green light all is ok. He was personable, educated, friendly, and performed very admirably. I am sure glad I found FBI air. They are dependable and will work with you regarding pricing and options as much as they are able. I highly recommend them.

Arrived early morning and worked all day in the rain. Replaced outside unit and removed unit in garage. Updated my 13 year old Goodman unit for larger Trane system. I needed a higher SEER and I wanted to update system to hopefully save on energy. It rained off and on all day but the crew worked hard all day crawling around in attic and installing our new unit. I also upgraded the thermostat to a Wi-Fi touchscreen. The crew was friendly, polite and hard working. The crew even switched out halfway to cover schedule and worked off and on in the rains.

FBI air provided us with a great price and excellent service. They provided us with a better unit, at a lower cost, than a well-known competitor. We dealt primarily with Frank, who provided the initial evaluation and price quote, and who was later the lead installer. Frank was very knowledgeable and personable. He provided excellent service. Rich Farah, the owner, also came to review the work being done and was likewise very personable. I very highly recommend F.B.I. AIR by Farah Brothers Inc for your HVAC needs.

I received a recommendation for FBI Air from Plumbing Nerds (my plumber of choice). I called at 11:40 a.m., explained what was going on and Cindy said that someone would get back to me after the lunch hour. At 12:45, I was laying by the pool waiting for her call when my neighbor came to tell me that an air conditioner repair man was at my door. As I approached, my phone rang and it was FBI Air calling to tell me that a technician was on their way! LOL Talk about prompt! I ran through my story about the thermostat and the air conditioner (it's been an on-going problem) and let him loose to do his thing. Thirty seconds later he came in and said, "your air conditioner's running." Turns out that there's a drain that got backed up. He showed me what it was so I could troubleshoot it in the future, checked the filter and showed me how to check it, and made a couple of no-cost recommendations. Just having someone teach me the right way to do things is worth paying for a visit. Gary, my technician, also made a couple of suggestions for work that, if I wanted to do it as some point, would make servicing the air conditioner easier in the future. There's no question that I'll be using FBI as my go-to HVAC company. Great service, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I feel as though Gary had my best interest in mind.

My first experience buying a new ac unit. I had 3 companies come out as they say you should... Rich Farah was very patient and explained everything a newbie needed to know, unlike the other 2 companies. Very professional and extremely honest. I would highly recommend FBI Air! He was even able to help out a friend of mine, a single mother on disability, restore some faith in humanity, to provide her with working AC in this hot florida heat...a few tweeks here n there and got her air working when told by several she needed a new unit. Thank you Rich! For being an honest hard working human being giving help to those in need!

I can't say enough good thing about Rich and FBI Air. He really goes way above and beyond. I had several people that had come out and told me my a/c was in repairable. Being a single mom on disability with a very restricted income I was not in a position to replace my entire unit. Rich was very patient and went above and beyond to do what he could to get my a/c up and running when everyone else had given up. Thank Rich and FBI air

WENT WELL, UNDER ESTIMATE AND WORKS WELL

All the technicians were professional, friendly, and responsive. The work was performed in one day. They cleaned up nicely after. The owner and a worker returned the following workday to check and made small adjustments. Much to our surprise they arrived with a replacement attic staircase for the one which broke while they were working. We didn't even have to ask. They installed it too! Highly commendable. We give them our highest recommendation.

Fixed my AC same day I called. He was on time and honest. Also had him look at my moms AC and fixed that issue also a few days later. Great Company.

We use FBI Air for all of our a/c issues and they never disappoint. I would recommend them to anyone with an air conditioning problem. They are very reasonable with their billing and have completed any job that we have called about. They have done such a great job for our 55 and over community that I finally decided that I should write a review for them on here. I do not recommend too many companies, but this is definitely a business that I recommend to anyone that needs A/C help.

I have used FBI Air for all my A/C Maintenance's at my home for the past few years. I had a problem with the system not turning on and i called Richie to stop by and see what the problem was. we were up and running again in no time at all, They cleaned the drain line and serviced the AC for us while he was there. He was on time like always and we will continue to use FBI again for all of our AC services.

When i Came home from work i noticed my Air Conditioner had stopped Working and the Temp. inside my home was at 81% 
i quickly called FBI Air hoping they had some one working after hours on call and was able to be connected with there Tech. He was at my home in less than a hour to inspect the problem. with in 15 Min he diagnosed the problem to the outside unit and detected a faulty part that he replaced immediately and i haven't had a problem since. I use FBI Air once a year for my A/C Maintenance and will continue to refer them to all my friends and Family. I highly recommend there Services due to there experienced employees, Fair Pricing, and all around great service.

Air conditioning tech-owner came within 2 hours of our call even though we are on Ft. Myers Beach and diagnosed a water damaged area in the ceiling as a simple condensation and pipe insulation problem. Came back in 3 days as promised since issue was a non-emergency one and corrected issue for a reasonable price.

We have used Richie Farah for our own home's AC needs, as well as working on a rental unit we have. He is an honest person who has come to our rescue more than once and is very knowledgeable and his prices are very reasonable. I have and would recommended him to others without any hesitation.

They come out and do the maintenance for our Goodman AC unit. They are reasonable, very knowledgeable, honest and always on time. I schedule for first thing in the morning and right at 8a they are in my driveway ready to work. They do all the required maintenance for our unit. I had an issue with my air about 6 months ago, which they caught during the routine maintenance. I was told our coils were bad on the unit, which was only about 6 years old. Rich contacted the manufacturer of the unit and found it still under warranty, so that saved me money. This shows that Rich is not about money but about providing great customer service. Great company and concern for their customers. Thanks guys for your great service.
