I contacted the company for a quote for tree trimming. They set up an appointment with me for last Friday, Sept 14, at noon. They did not show. I called the company's office and left a voice mail asking them to give me a call. On MONDAY, I received a text from China stating that Schana was supposed to be at my house on Friday but they had a bit of a problem and she was not in the office to call me. So, we rescheduled for today, Tuesday. The appointment time was set by the company for between 12-2 p.m. since they would be in Cape Coral. Again, a no call and a no show. This is highly unprofessional. Note to other potential customers: Don't waste your time.

They are very good, excellent, fabulous good service. The feedback is fabulous, I would give them 5 stars. Their great. They did everything, gave an estimate, came out and did the work exactly how they said they were going to do it and then they check with you to make sure your okay.
