HE FORGOT TO SHOW UP FOR THE ESTIMATE THE FIRST TIME. WAS LATE FOR THE ESTIMATE THE SECOND TIME AND WAS ALSO LATE FOR THE CLEANING APPOINTMENT. THIS CAUSED US GREAT INCONVENIENCE.

MY NAME IS CHUCK RUSSELL. I AM THE PROUD OWNER/OPERATOR OF DURACLEAN ADVANCED CLEANING. I HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS SINCE 1982 AS A DURACLEAN FRANCHISE AND WAS PREVIOUSLY KNOWN AS DURACLEAN BY RUSSELL. I JUST BECAME AWARE OF THIS SERVICE WHERE I COULD VIEW FEEDBACK FROM CUSTOMERS AND I'M DISHEARTENED THAT MORE OF THEM HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO YOUR SERVICE. I BELIEVE I PROVIDE EXCEPTIONALLY THOROUGH SERVICES WITH CONSISTENT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. AS FOR THE BERBER CARPET I SUPPOSEDLY CLEANED WELL BUT WAS LATE, LATE, LATE, I DO NOT HAVE THEM IN MY COMPUTER DATA BASE, ANY FILES, OR THE SERVICE LOGS FOR 2001 OR 2002. I HAVE TO ASSUME THEY ARE CONFUSING MY COMPANY WITH ONE OF MANY DURACLEAN FRANCHISES OR ANOTHER ORGANIZATION ALTOGETHER. I BELIEVE I HAVE ALWAYS SHOWN GREAT RESPECT FOR MY CUSTOMERS AND PRIDE IN MY WORK. I'LL GRANT YOU THAT, LIKE ANY SERVICE COMPANY, THERE ARE OCCASIONS WHERE RUNNING LATE CAN NOT BE AVOIDED, BUT I ALWAYS TRY TO PHONE THE CUSTOMER IF I AM EXPERIENCING DELAYS.
