We contracted DreamWork Aluminum to remove, then design, build and install a new lanai enclosure with picture window and no chair rails. Kevin came out to measure and discuss our options and then the team consisting of Dave the Lead, Tyler and Saul came last week to install the new enclosure. The quality and strength of the new structure is outstanding as was the team who installed it. They did an absolutely wonderful job and left our property exceptionally clean. Should we need any screen or aluminum work in the future DreamWork Aluminum is the only company we would call. We highly recommend them for their professionalism, quality, price point and workmanship.

Fantastic. I had DreamWork tear down and construct a new lanai cage about 4 1/s years ago. I made it through a direct hit from hurricane Irma 2 years ago. A week after construction a rodent ate through a screen. 24 hours after calling salesman Larry, Shawn and John were at my home repairing it. Two weeks ag the 40 foot panoramic screen suffered wind damage. It was made good gratis despite being out of warrenty. I cannot say enough about the team of Larry, Shawn and John. Call them and you will not be sorry. These guys are real professionals.

Shawn Berger and Larry Mason were a pleasure to work with. Like any project, corrections have to made during project execution and these guys ensured everything on our punch list was completed to full satisfaction. I highly recommend this company when any screen or aluminum task is needed.

We obtained three estimates for this project and Dream Work came in very slightly lower than the others. The main reason we hired them, however, was because we liked the salesman and were impressed with his thoroughness and candor.
The only snag we ran into was that our home is in a "historic district" of Fort Myers and is even considered a property that "contributes" to the historic nature of that district. The extra steps and time that this added to the permitting and approval process was a surprise to us and to Dream Work as well.
The upshot of this was that a large number of additional forms had to be completed, a significant number of meetings had to be attended between various City departments and Dream Work, and additional architectural renderings were required. This paperwork burden led to a several-week delay in beginning construction of the project and a bump in the fees that Dream Work charged us because of the additional hoops they had to jump through to get building permits. We do not begrudge them this additional fee since the extra permitting work was not anticipated (though it would have been better if Dream Work had been familiar with the City's historic district requirements from the beginning).
Regarding the actual work that Dream Work did: it is truly top notch. The enclosure is beautiful, well-made, and fits the site without dominating it.
We would definitely recommend Dream Work to anyone looking for this kind of work.

From the moment Shawn came out we were sold on his company. He was very honest and reassuring. We proceeded to get other quotes from Aluminum contractors and the sales people could not come close to the quote or time frame that we needed.  Everyone involved in the pool enclosure and front door screen enclosure installation were very professional. They did a great job, the material and workmanship is above average. They cleaned up and made sure we were happy with their work. Everything was done in the time frame they promised. They completed the work with all the requests we had made.

They arrived as promised to remove old cage and cordinated with the pool Reno company to install the new cage when the pool Reno was completed. All engineering and permitting was completed and included in the price. Materials including upgraded screw system were as contracted. They were very neat and cleaned up afterwards. Perfect job!

We chose Dreamwork to install a screen enclosure on our deck in order to extend our lanai. We dealt with several different people in the company. All were very professional, punctual and followed up with us whenever we called or had questions. The work was completed and we are thrilled with the results. Highly recommend.

I chose this company on the basis of other Angie's List recommendations. Ron Carpenter came out to measure and give me an estimate within a day or two of my call. He brought a very professional concrete specialist to determine if my existing concrete footing was adequate to support the new pool cage. He recommended using wider 8and quot; gutters to address overflow problems I described and provided me with a written estimate which was much lower than what I received in the past. They removed the old cage for free and replaced it with a beautifull new enclosure. Very professional and knowledgable staff. Overall a very satisfying experience. Highly recommended.

Could not have gone any better! They showed up on time, the two workers didn,t waste any time and 75% of it was done by the time they left that day. They showed up the next day and finished the rest in a couple of hours. They were very professional, did everything I wanted, did everything they said they would do, and cleaned up when they were finished. It's nice to know that some people still take pride in what they do!

They showed up on time and finished project ahead the original schedule. There was a minor issue with doors that did not close to my satisfaction. Ron called the day after completion to see that I was happy with their work. I mentioned the door issue and someone came out that afternoon to fix the problem. He did not leave until he was sure that I was happy.
