Description of Work: This company has several locations. One in Cape Coral , another in Leigh Acres and one in North Port ( Port Charlotte ) . We have used their service for many years and have had recurring challenges with them. The primarily problem seems to be staffing as they have had many people come and go , having a high turn over volume. This has caused a tremendous discrepancy in accounting . They had asked us for fees to bring the home to great conditions for repairs etc. , after a tenant moved out. After they left we paid a couple ( nearly 3K ) of thousand dollars to upgrade the home. To their defense there was a gap of time between when we first asked for work done and then to rent the home again. At that time, they informed us there is an outstanding bill for over 1,000. This has been a repeated experience when fees requested for work is one price and then it suddenly alters. They attempted a settlement by only taking a 400.00 fee for finding a renter and the 10% monthly fee. However, they suddenly altered that agreement if we would pay the additional 1,000. they requested. Apparently, all these incidents were fueled by a constant change in personnel. They never appear to be on the same page and took many attempts to try to get them to conduct a proper audit. There numbers were never consistent and we still need work done on the home. Their rationale is that they were doing us a favor by lowering the finding of a tenant rather than taking full responsibility for constant turn over and incorrect accounting. We have decided to never do business with this firm again and have referred them to others and they too have had unpleasant reports back from the referrals as to over-cost estimates for work done on their respective properties. Owners beware.
