DB Lawn Maintenance

This company is mediocre. David, apparently the only person involved, and owner, is long on promises and short on delivery. He came highly recommend by our neighbors. Upon signing the contract David promised to take care of our yard so we would never have to worry about it. As a sweetener to sign with him he offered to do a quarterly clean-up for free. You get what you pay for. Most of the debris under bushes was left untouched and a lot of details we specifically discussed were totally ignored. We wound up doing the work ourselves (eight large plastic bags full). I ignored the lousy job, as it was free. In general, the weekly service was ok, but I felt he would do a good job only when being watched. When left unmonitored he was very sloppy. He constantly complained about the need to use a hand mower, even though he knew from the beginning it would be necessary--there is no room between houses for his riding mower. Very poor service!
