Excellent and professional work at a most reasonable price. So much so that he picked my neighbor up as a weekly client. When he says he will be here, he is; unlike some others who are either late or call to reschedule.

Mr. Connell came out and cut my yard for my new home.  It looks alot better than it did before.  I will be keeping him on for my lawn service becuase I believe I have chosen the right person to make my beautiful.

My large palm trees, pencil cactus and bromiliad designed landscape area was cleaned up and made to look wonderful again. A large fan palm tree grouping was trimmed so that the beautiful trunks can be seen again. Several overgrown bushes were cut back and shaped and lots of dead foliage on our Bird of Paradise plants were removed. Finally, overgrown cactus plants that were growing out into our paved side yard were cleaned up and unnecessary pieces of them were cut back. As a bonus, they were able to remove all f the removed foliage.

Excellent work. Even though this was a small job, the work was done promptly, completely, and professionally.

Rather than start at the beginning, I'd like to tell you the result. AMAZING! Magnificent! I did NOT get what I paid for, I got

 MORE!!!!! Pat and his helper, Matt (Mighty Mouse - and he IS, too!) arrived on time and went to work immediately. No lunch breaks, coffee breaks, trips to pick up materials. This two man crew works and works hard. They are cheerful through the entire process. Hard to do in 90% humidity. 86 degree temperatures, ants falling from the trees and thorns on the foliage you're hauling. You would have had to see the transformation, and I regret that I am not articulate enough to tell you how fabulous it is and they were. I consider what I paid MORE than fair after seeing the results. I tried to get two more Angie's list bids but the folks all told me they were too busy to take the work, so I got two more bids from outside. One was a three man crew that wanted 750.00 for the same thing and one was a crew with one man for one day and two men for the second day  at 15.00 per hour for two days. I am SO glad I chose Pat. (OK, how about: this he even made firewood out of one of the dead oaks he took down.....!!!!!!) You may be able to find cheaper, I am not sure you will find better. What else made them so special? Matt is a trained arborist and so brings and added measure of security to the job of any tree cutting, pruning and removal. Pat blew the driveway before they left to make sure it was as neat as when they found it. They actually have all their own tools too, no "Excuse me do you have a rake?"  When they were done, I had reclaimed  a significant amount of my property and views that can't be bought. Pat runs his business with all the positive attributes one looks for in a service provider: Hard working, cheerful, on time, good on his word (a handshake sealed it!) and his help is like minded. I read the other reviews that were less than stellar. I can only tell you from my experience that not only would I/will I hire him again, I plan on spreading the word to friends. He is not an "A" service provider,he and his crew are A+!  I consider the work so well done in fact that though I paid for it, really, it was a gift! It far exceeded my initial hopes for the area and Pat went out of his way to really make everything look super even when the area gave him more than a few challenges. I regret that I don't have adequate words to describe it all but will end by saying, you can hire someone who, when they're finished, you say, "He did a good job, it looks nice, or you can hire Pat and his crew and you will be saying WOW! the entire time.

Patrick has been mowing my lawn since April 2015. The lawn care has been good up until two weeks ago when the grass wasn't getting cut much and they were blowing the trimming inside my lanai. They usually are consistent and come on Monday's but this week they have not been here yet. When I call the mailbox is full and when I sent an email is was returned to me undeliverable. I have also tried contacting them on Facebook but have not received a response yet. I would like this resolved if they are not going to abide by the contract he negotiated then I need to know so that I can find a company that will do my lawn maintenance.

6/27/15 Patrick is trying to rectify the issues and when the lawn was mowed last week a much better job was performed.

Amazing! Couldn't be happier with the work Patrick did. He added landscaping stone beds and plantings with mulch. He was diligent, very clean, very professional. Highly recommend!

Is doing a good job

Patrick did a phenomenal job! He completely changed the appearance of my yard in one day. It was worth every penny and his fee was beyond reasonable. Definitely recommend!

Patrick is very nice and professional. His prices are very reasonable. Mowed lawn very low which is perfect since it has been raining every day for the past two weeks. Passes by every Monday like clock work. I will recommended his company every time to who ever needs lawn service.
