They had to remove and replace three rows of shingles on our house roof where it was connected to our lanai. So far no more leaking, Love it!

First one was defective, but they were able to get another and get it done.

It all worked out very well. They were very professional. The repair was done properly considering my former roofer did not do a good job.

The work was done ok but the one thing was lacking was the cleanup and so on. It was hazardous just walking around the house with those nails. They did a feeble attempt to rectify that with a magnet. When they tore off the roof and were doing it, we had a microwave vent and the amount of debris some as big as your fist was down there, they were just callous about it. I was ready to sue them but they finally sent a guy out to rectify the problem. That was really disappointing.

Reliability. Their price is fine, and they are here when they say they will be here. Got the work done quickly.

Next thing I knew he went to his truck for repair material and 15 minutes later had repaired the damaged tiles. He then told me there would be no charge even though I offered to pay. No doubt when it comes to major work or the need for a community referral, I will be sure to recommend Colonial Roofing.

They did an excellent job. 

I was very pleased with the work done by Colonial Roofing.  They were recommended by the roofing tile manufacturer and their proposal was competitive with the 2 others I received.  The house required considerable wood repair and their carpentry crew was outstanding and exceeded my expectations with the trim work.  My only criticism is that the project manager seemed spread too thin and communication between him and the person running the work at the site was lacking.  However, all in all a good job and the roof has performed well. 

Roof was "rattling" from Charley and finally it was time to replace.  .  I contacted Colonial along with several other companies.  They did not have the lowest bid, but somehow I felt good about them, and that I should go with them.  Signed the contract and they were on the job in a week.  They handled the limited access beautifully and damaged none of my overhanging trees.  Everyone was professional and on a mission.  During the entire time they were there . . . there was no debris or trash left at night . . . almost "broom swept".  When the job was completed they followed up numerous times to ask if I was satisfied . . and if there was anything elso they could do.  This company did everything right, beautiful workmanship, and left with no evidence that they were ever there . .  except a beautiful new tile roof.   Nothing but good things to say about them

Very well.  They were responsive, reliable and quality of work appears to be solid.

After replacement the roof leaked much worse than before and in different spots of the ceiling than before replacement. We had to put buckets out to catch the leaks. Colonial sent people out to "plug" the leak 4 or 5 times. Finally they replaced sections of the roofing. They sent their "leak" expert out. The leaks were worse. Finally they refused to take our calls. A couple of years later we had our siding replaced with Hardy board by a different company. We told him of our leak problem. He immediately knew what to do. The contractor discovered vertical walls on and above the roof had no membranes moisture barriers (such as Tyvak) on the walls in an area Colonial had removed to fit in the metal roofing. Lo and Behold.our siding man put in moisture barriers and many fierce tropical rains after that and No leaks. The problem was solved! It is 5 years hence and no leaks. Colonial should have known that was the problem and they should have continued working until the problem was fixed.  Instead they just decided it couldn't be fixed and refused our calls, so we were stuck with a $20000 dollar roof that leaked worse than before replacement by Colonial!

There did a good job, very thorough and even did just about the whole neighborhood. We had a different roofer and we all switched over and they definitely responded back if you had any problems. They dealt mostly with my husband but he said he enjoyed working with them.

It was a very good experience.  They sent a technician out who was here for about an hour.  He measured and he lifted up the area that needed repair from every different angle up on the roof, on the ground, and inside outside.  He took measurements and pictures of that.  Then he told me, he did not know if their company would be able to do this kind of repair; but he would take it back to the engineer and see what the engineer felt that their company could handle it.  They got back to me the next day, told me how much it would cost, and how long it would take to fix it.  They were very thorough.  After it rained, it didn't leak anymore.  I was impressed with the whole experience.  I didn't compare the prices.

It did take a little bit of time for them to come out, but once they did, the work was completed very quickly, and I was very pleased with it. I think they have offices in a couple of places. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

They did a good job.  We didn't really have the work done for us because we were selling the house.  I would use them but they wouldn't be my first choice.  They were way to expensive compared to the other companies.      

They were the best of the best. They were fantastic. They did a fantastic job and it was done ahead of schedule. I can't say enough about it. They had good products. The workers and management coordinated and they were here when they said they would be. The weather cooperated too. It was an A+ effort from top to bottom. We had about a dozen quotes. I knew as soon as we talked to them that they were as professional as they come. Their pitch was impressive and everything about them was impressive. They were competitive on price. We didn't pick them because of price. We would have picked them even if they had been that much higher. We were satisfied with the price. They were always on time. We would absolutely use them again. They are top drawer. There are a lot of roofers around and you have to be very careful.

They said that the latest leak was in a different location, however they still had to take the same part of the roof from the last time and rip off the shingles and repair the area. It was their word against mine, but they then charged me another $1500 which is what they charged me for the first repair, too. I wasn't very happy with them. They seemed professional enough, maybe more so during the first repair. I wish they would have tore the roof back 15 feet and found the second spot the first time instead of just 5 feet. They came a day early so they were definitely punctual. I didn't think their quality was very good since the roof began leaking after the first repair. They told me that there was no way the roof would leak again after this second repair, if that ends up being the case then I'd say the quality was pretty good the second time around. I thought the price was fine the first time, but I thought he should have discounted it a little the second time since it's pretty much the exact same place they were working on the first time. They give you a warranty on the work for a year, but this happened a year and a half later. If my roof leaked again I would not use them again.

They came to my house at the end of may (when rainy season started) and gave me a quote to repair the leaky roof. I thought I needed a whole new roof but they were very honest and informed me my roof was in good condition and the only problem was my flat roof. They fixed it in early June and we have had some downpours and it is doing very well.
