I would also like to apologize for your experience on your tree service; however, there does seem to be a misunderstanding regarding the company that performed your work. You contracted your tree service through Akryt Property Maintenance, not Cicarelli Services. Joe Cicarelli, owner of Cicarelli Services, used to be an employee of Akryt Property Maintenance and was continuing to work for them part-time while growing Cicarelli Services. Joe was present on this job and provided you with a flyer on our Spring Cleaning Pressure Wash Special and gave you an estimate on the cleaning of your pool cage and whole home. Cicarelli Services specializes in Pressure Washing and Low Pressure Roof Cleaning, and although we can do tree trimming, we are in no way licensed to apply fertilizer. We have brought this matter to the attention of John DeFranco, owner of Akryt Property Maintenance and we are confident that he is willing to rectify the problem.
