I called him this afternoon and he was at my house this afternoon to do the work. He got all kinds of stuff out of there, and he was nice as could be. He was preofessional and has very good manners. I will recommend him to everyone I can think of. I will definitely use him again if need be. To be honest I purchased a whole new dryer yesterday and it also didn't dry my clothes properly, so it turned out it was the dryer vents. I should have called Bob two days ago.
