They're absolutely fantastic.

Perhaps a year earlier the owner of Biggerstaff instructed me how to locate the GFI in the garage and reset it saving me a service call. Class act. This time it just gave out. They had done a larger outside job for me several years earlier and were just as professional then also. Please and Thank-you.

They were reasonably priced. They came out and worked and there were no problems with the work that they did which was good. They were fine because they did a good job at a good price. I had some other guys who had bid on the job and felt that they were a little high but when I checked with them they were the least in cost. They told me what they were going to do and it sounded like the same as what the other guys were going to do so I just went with them. I was pleased with their work which was good. They did the job that they said they would do. They had to come back another day to get the rest of the job done. There was a mix up there but they came later on in the afternoon and they finished the job so they worked out well. They were not exceptionally professional but they were not bad either.

Dan was great.He checked everything out and gave us the estimate.  His worker showed up on time and cleaned up when he finished.  We are very pleased.

Last week I lost power in both outside recipticales as well as the recepticles in both bathrooms. I checked the breakers and none were popped. I also checked with a meter to be sure that I had power out of each breaker. I than looked for any GFI recepticals. I found two in the kitchen. One was OK and the other wouldn't test. I replaced the bad GFI but the recepticles were dead. I took all 4 recepticles a part and found that they each were on the end of a line not in line. I was lost for any ideas
.I decided to call biggerstff electric as I had used them late last year and they did an excellant job. When I called I spoke with one of the eletricians. He said he could come of and fix it later that afternoon or he could just tell me were the GFI I needed was. Hard decision. I asked were it could be as the four were all in differant areas of the house. He told me that here in Florida the GFI's other than the kitchen were run of a GFI in the garage. I went to the garage and only saw the recepticle for the washing machine. He told me that the recepticle would be along an inside wall. the only place that I could not see well was behind a couple of shelfing units that had been here when we moved in. I moved the units and rifgt on the money a GFI. I reset it and the recepticals all worked.
As you can see I was in a fix and this fellow could have made a good bit of money of this problem. All he did was guide me to the problem. It did take about 15-20 minates of his time but he charged me nothing.
I will use these folks when ever I need Electric work done..

I have used them several times.  I have a lot of outside lighting.  I can't climb the ladder and do this stuff anymore.  They are prompt and very positive.  Each time I've had them, the young people who come are very polite and clean.  I don't mind having them in my house.
