the doors are three pane E-glass glass sliding doors. they are top quality and are very heavy. the contractor did a very professional job and the folks on the job site were both friendly and professional. they showed up on time and completed the job in one day. a couple of handles on the doors had be changed. they were back the next day to complete the job.

Last week we were sitting in our living room when the window spontaneously burst into pieces.  The weather was nice and clear and nothing hit the window.  There were no outside elements involved.  This is a special type of gas-filled glass and not easy to repair.  
Several window companies came in for estimates.  They all said we were sold lowest grade "builder quality" windows.  B & B glass gave us 1 year warranty.  Our phone call to them resulted in attitude and they did not want to come to take a look since it was outside of 1 year warranty.  Other companies gave us estimates with 20 year glass warranty and 30 year frame warranty for the same amount of money we paid to B & B glass.  .  
BEWARE whenever  glass companies and their products have 1 year warranty.  There is a reason behind it.   We were overcharged and this company does not stand behind their work.  Now we have to replace our windows again.  WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY.

Not one complaint! I look forward to dealing with local companies that give a great service for a fair price. From the estimate to the install all went as explained. What a great company to deal with. I will use them for all my window needs.
