They had to replace parts. The cost was covered under the warranty. There was a waiting time and much inconvenience.

We have a yearly contract with them and we have 2 units. I think their price is typical so I would give them a B. The quality was fine. I would use them again. They have been professional, timely, and their prices are reasonable. They have been very professional. It was fine there was not any problems. I have not had any problems with them. I have used them for several years. They have always been timely and professional. I have not had any problems.

Set up time and Alan and Roy arrived exactly on time. Changed out the motor and did a maintenance check on the system. Very professional and couteous. Would highly recommend

Dave came out to check our system as it was not cooling. He quickly found the issue and unfortunately it was on a holiday weekend and the part was not available. As soon as holiday was over, the part was obtained and systems were up and running quickly.

Steve was our technician and he spent plenty of time explaining what he found and also had solutions for my questions. We used a coupon for the maintenance and purchased custom measured reusable filters which I had been contemplating for some time. Steve also found our ultraviolet system was not installed properly and was unplugged, therefore not working at all.
