Everything in my refrigerator was frozen. I called Adrians Appliance Repair. Adrian walked in and I explained the problem. Without looking at anything he said my thermostat was set wrong. Then he opened the door and turned the knob and said it would work properly now. He charged $80. WRONG! It still froze everything in my refrigerator. He said if it did not work properly he would come back and not charge me. I made an appointment for the next week on my only day off which is Wednesday. He did not show up or call in the allotted time slot. I texted him and his wife answered. She said he is running severely behind. I explained that I had a doctors appointment which I changed to accommodate him. She suggested that they would send me my $80. back so I could find another repair service. I said that would be fine. I NEVER received the check. I am a 72-year-old widow who has to work. $80. dollars is a lot of money to me. Not to mention the food I had to throw out because it freezing. This man is dishonest and not trustworthy. Save your money!

I wanted Adrian to look at my Moms washer which had stopped working. He went the next day, spent a good deal of time assessing the situation and determined the machine needed a new motor. He told her the cost of fixing it would be nearly the price of another washer and recommended replacing it. He refused payment for the call since he was not able to fix the problem. How many others in the business would do that? What a guy! We give him the highest recommendation.

Knowledgeable from the start of the problem. It became a 2 different part repair. Same day service. You pay a little more in labor costs but he is not a parts replacer. Diagnosing the problem accurately is what you are paying for. I will use him again.
