AC-911

The heater part of the A/C was not working. They did a great job for me. They're very punctual, hence the name AC-911. It took them a couple of hours to do the service. It was all in the attic, so it was pretty, as far as I can tell, clean.

Russell Panos responded to an emergency call at my daughter's townhome.  A/C not working.  Direct Air had just been there to check the A/C and had told us that the 8 year old Lennox a/c unit needed to be totally replaced with an American made Frigidaire unit at a cost of approximately $5,000 for the mid-priced unit.  Russell came out to give us a second opinion.  He found a clogged drain line and a perfectly good a/c unit.  He did need to replace the drain line after working for hours to clear the line.  A/C now running perfectly!  Will never call anyone but Russell!  He will also do all of my a/c maintenance work from now on!!

We've used Russell's services several times.  He always does a phenomenal job, charges a fair price, and is as honest as the day is long.  Furthermore, he gives top priority to customers that have service contracts with him and once responded to our call at 1 in the morning.  I would recommend this gentleman to anyone looking for service on his or her heating and air conditioning system.

We find him reasonable. He's the kind of guy that tells you that you need more to be fixed than you actually do. Out here its very tough to find an honest contractor. He is wonderful, on time, reasonably prices, and he does a good job.

While installing new unit, they broke through my ceiling and ignored it until I noticed it, tore up the attic access while installing it, and it took a while for them to send a repair-person and it was poorly done, and I had to repaint my ceiling, no offer to make that right. I was told there was an FP&L rebate, gave me a specific figure of $265. After almost a year and a half, I got a notice from FP&L that AC-911 had been paid the rebate directly, more than $100 less than he promised. I had to make repeated calls to even get a promise of the lesser amount (still haven't received it). While in NH last summer, I called him about the other system on my property that he had also serviced, it was leaking and dripping from the ceiling, an emergency! After 3-4 days, my tenant called -- no show from AC-911. I had to call another repairman.
