Description of Work: One of the worst management company's I have ever dealt with. Right after moving in I found out the the house was infested with German cockroaches. After 3 months of fighting they still did not fix it. Then the pool filter was leaking bad, again weeks go by with no repair. They charged me $45 for water softener service. They didn't show up for the first 4 months. Found out they were also charging the home owner the same amount. This service usually cost $35 a month. And they owned the service. They rip you off. Stay away from this company!
