When installation was complete there were leaks in and out of the screened room. We had to call them 6 times because leak was not fixed. Even though the leaks improved, each time some one came to fix it, they said they missed a spot or something was not sealed correctly, or it was something else. Still not fixed not sure how many times they have to come to stop the leaks. The times I had to speak to the project manager he sounded like it was not a big deal that this has not been resolved and sounded condescending. Even going through this the workers were nice and the office manager was understanding. But job was not done correctly for what we paid for.

Day one showed up after 9 and did demo; disappeared without word at noon and returned with supplies and dropped off between 1-2pm. Left.  Day 2 started construction and managed to get tracks and roof done but not screening.  Company sent two people for the job;  One guy who worked consistently and a woman (I later learned was his wife) who did debris cleanup; sweeping and according to my neighbor next door who wanted to know who was hanging about, a lot of smoking and standing by the truck.  Despite calls to site supervisor on day 2 expressing concern over the length of the job and the crew (of the supposed two day job) the supervisor never expressed any concern, offered any apologies or was even motivated to make a site visit to see for himself.  Day 3  showed up late and prepared to stop at 5pm despite the fact that they allegedly only had 'an hour or so left' to do.  They refused to stay and see the job through citing long drive, etc. (not the customers problem and why is white aluminum getting people from three counties away?)  Call to site manager whose only offer was them coming back Saturday to finish the job.  They came Saturday (frankly I was surprised after all the whining she did about the long distance driving) at 9am and left at 1pm without a word to us.  Never asked us to come look at the job, tell us they were finished or anything.  Just packed up and left.  No one from company called to ask about job.  Dropped off check and had to purchase the touch up paint for the raw edge of the rail because the guy didn't have any with him to the tune of $12.  Will not hire again.  Definitely not worth the aggravation.

After completing the patio, sun room and gutters. They didn't take into account when they built the screened in patio that the sprinklers would spray directly inside.The sprinklers came on and flooded the patio ruining all the furniture I had inside. We even had the building inspector come out and he didn't even make note of it.

The repairman never contacted me. I still have not heard from them. The salesman was nice, but I will not be using these guys again. I'ts been five months and I still haven't heard anything.

They did an excellent job and were very professional.

Everything was very good with them and the estimate, but I have put the project on hold for right now.

They were real good about responding to any problems that we had and did not charge any follow up calls.

Not well. In order to save on material costs but still comply with building codes, White undersized the main beam of the structure and installed 2 posts connecting the undersized beam to the concrete floor. These posts were installed within the main living area of the room chopping it up and making it much less usable or attractive. They did not discuss this installation with us prior to the work or show us the plans.When brought to their attention they would not agree to remove the posts and install a larger beam that would carry the load without tiedown posts.Their solution was truly half-*explicative*. Stupidly,we did not stand our ground and insist it be changed and done properly.We have since removed the offending posts ourselves and will now be faced with upgrading the main beam and tiedowns prior to the next hurricane season. Extremely poor communication prior to installation and worse than poor effort the resolve the complaint. One of the men building the room had a broken arm.

The concrete began to lift. We had to find our own contractor to come in and put in the new floor. The roof leaks. White Aluminum came out a few weeks ago to try to fix that. Almost all of the people who have worked on our room have been let go by the company. The county even revoked the permit for the final inspection. We were sent a certified letter recently that said that they are not going to fix the roof. They said they are aware that we are not happy but they are not going to come out and do anymore work. I hired an independent home inspector to look at it and he said it was some of the worst workmanship he has seen. I was threatened by the manager at my house.
