While we are not responsible for damage to any sprinkler system (industry standard), in most cases we can fix simple line breaks with the customers permission. We also have an irrigation company on call to assist with larger irrigation issues. In your case, your neighbor had installed his irrigation line on your property. We spoke to your neighbor and provided some options to him and offered to meet him at his property. Your neighbor asked us to call his wife to schedule an appointment. We left three voice mails and never heard back. Our goal in every fence project is to try our best to ensure that the customer has a fantastic experience. We go above and beyond; offering more free services, a better product and a much better warranty than any other fence company. We present a survey to all our customers at the end of the project, which is not a requirement but is much appreciated. Thank you for your feedback. "I agree with you 100%. The company should never ask for additional fees. Our agreements include permit, locate and HOA processing services. Unfortunately, you have us confused with another company. We are located in the Central Florida area not Ohio."

After the installation you indicated that everything was installed perfectly by signing the completion form and providing two excellent reviews. You wrote, “Nice job from start to finish. Very satisfied. Both Tyson and Carlos did a great job.” We don’t leave a job site until the customer is totally satisfied with our work. I’m sorry you misinterpreted the phone call we made after the installation. Our installers had finished and we wanted to make sure that you were totally satisfied with the work before leaving the job site. We were not concerned with your final payment. Post caps are glued with just a dab of glue so they can be replaced or repaired easily. It’s possible that the custom Antique Copper caps that you ordered may have had little gluing surface. We are happy to resolve any outstanding issues that you might have with the post caps. During your installation our installers encountered a couple of routine obstacles. Roots, sprinkler lines and other buried treasures are common and can’t be located. Like all other fence companies, we will not assume liability for unmarked private utilities. However, we notified you immediately when we hit the sprinkler line and offered to fix it. [Member name removed]volunteered to go to Home Depot to get the fittings and our installers fixed the broken lines for you. I am sorry if this caused any inconvenience.
