Shelley is a fully licensed real estate agent who specializes in property management for the last 8 years. One important factor to know is that she handles and oversees property management exclusively and full time. In the event you ever did need to sell your investment home, she has partners within her company to handle this. She offers 2 options for property management (Full management and tenant placement) Full management includes: (Finding and screening qualified tenant, Routine inspections, rent collection, Direct deposit each month, Monthly accounting on your password protected portal , tenant management, repairs and more) Tenant placement includes: (finding and screening a qualified tenant, lease drafting and execution, first month rent and deposit collection) Her main goal when managing your property is to protect and maximize your return on your investment. Excellent. Shelley has managed my rental property for many years now. I reside out of state and have other rentals, amazingly, I have never had an issue with property managed by Shelley. I am a procrastinator she is not, I trust her judgement and have no doubt that she manages this property better than I would myself. Shelley is fair and honest she gets out in front of potential problems before they become larger costlier problems. Managing property can be tough, Shelley navigates this landscape with ease, knows the market, a real professional. Excellent.

Going really well, beat my expectations and more. Shelley has been managing my properties for a long time and it's been a great experience. I purchased the properties at a time when the previous owner had low rents and the properties were in horrible condition. Over a period of time which Shelley outlined, we were able to make incremental upgrades to reduce the cost impact, and at the same time we were able to raise the rents. Compared to where we started and where we're at now, it's been night and day. If you are considering hiring someone to manage your properties and Shelley is one of the options, you will be making a mistake not choosing her. She's organized, a go-getter, and most importantly, she will care for your properties as if they were hers. I cannot think of a single time where I doubted what she was doing. She is managing multiple units for me, and she does it with ease. This is not a fluff review, if you contact Shelley because this review kind of convinced you and you're still in doubt...
