I called Richard after finding him on Angie's list and made an appointment for an estimate. Richard arrived on time and we looked over all areas to be cleaned. I was surprised at the amount that he gave me and we set a date. Richard arrived not only on time but even a bit early. I am impressed with how thorough he was and how patiently he went about his business. Richard did a fantastic job and the house and walks look like new. I found him to be very friendly courteous and professional. I will use his services again and I highly recommend him for any of his advertised services.

Mr. King was first rate from the start. He returned my initial call promptly and gave me an immediate estimate over the phone based on my description of the work. We set a date only a couple of days in the future. He arrived on time and confirmed the price he had quoted. He did the work quickly and to a very high quality. I could not be more pleased. Mr King pressure washed my house, drive and walkways. He is very professional, friendly and courteous.
