Description of Work: Mike Reynolds owns his own contracting company and I was very pleased with the work he did. I had a leak at the back of my shower so he had to remove the wall which is not difficult in a manufactured home to repair it. He also had to replace all the carpeting in the bathroom and part of the bedroom and I chose to go with vinyl instead. He took care of everything and I was very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend him, specially if you need work done in a manufactured home.

+ -1 moreWe were very pleased with all the work done by Mike Reynolds. Everything went according to his schedule. He specializes in manufactured homes here in Lake County and we would definitely recommend him.
Description of Work: Replaced a wall panel where a leak had been from the back of the shower. Painted with the same color. Arranged to replace carpeting in both bathrooms with vinyl plus replaced kitchen floor with new vinyl. Put mold barrier under our manufactured home.
