work dragged on nearly 6 months. They were unprofessional. Did not show up when they said they would. No Shows. It was as if we were working around there schedule. we had no kitchen for weeks. Their work was sub par. had to repeatedly get them to redo things. Their communication between themselves was poor. No clear leader. All in all a miserable, frustrating experience.

They were on the approved list for my insurance company. As contractor, they hired all the subcontractors. The subs ran the gamut from terrible (painters) to excellent (roofers and the company who built the enclosed porch and windows). Project took twice as long as originally stated, due mostly to workers not showing up when scheduled and having to re-do work that was not done properly the first time. The only saving grace was our project manager, who was always responsive to our concerns and made sure we were ok with the final results. I honestly don't know if we would use this firm again as I don't know if the other companies doing this type of work are any better or worse.

It worked out beautifully. They were prompt. They provided beautiful products. They were courteous. My interaction with the measurers and the installers was fine. The countertop was beautiful.
