Posters was fairly priced, explained every step taken or needed both before and during the installation. They kept me involved, so work was done "right the first time". Explained why the price for the papers was higher then originally quoted a year and half ago, they originally were gonna just charge for my actual footage. But the factory makes them buy by the pallet now, so we had to order in full pallets. But all the bricks were mine to keep thats was left over, which admittedly they should have been, which I didn't think about until they told me that I paid for the whole pallet so I got to keep the whole pallet. Anyway, they are hard workers and am planning on hiring them to do install more veneer work and so landscape walling to finish off my project list.

When we contracted with Pooters for driveway pavers, they promised to leave extra pavers to replace the ones that would inevitably break. When our pavers were delivered, they immediately removed two layers to give to another client. As a result, we were left without any extra pavers. The Pooters emp0loyees even told us that the order was short. We left numerous messages asking them to rectify the situation because we have numerous broken pavers. We finally received a voice mail informing us that we could order a flat of pavers directly from the manufacturer for $800.

We received several estimates for the work we required on our driveway and patio area. Pooters crew came and removed all old pavers a week early and left the area in a good condition. The following week they showed up on the day they were to begin the job. We were very impressed by the care they took to prepare the driveway for the install. Installs went very well on both projects. We love our new driveway and patio area. We cannot say enough about the work crew. Friendly, informative and very polite. Answered all questions and were a pleasure. Everyone understood their responsibilities and worked as a unit. A very good company that does what they say they are going to do.

They came when they said they would. They ordered the materials which showed up in the estimated amount of time. They left us extra pavers, letting us know that it was normal if they cracked. I called when a couple did crack; they came out and fixed everything without discussion or charge. They completed the job on time as well. I don't have any complaints. They did an excellent job.
