He first helped us to design the home to be sure it would be practical and appealing to the eye. He put in footings under the slab which is very level and smooth. Special cement was used which will keep it from cracking and will give us many years of good use. The plumbing was put in straight with few bends. We picked out all of our appliances, paint color, kitchen cabinets etc. He met all of our needs and did many changes as the home was built. The house was finished two weeks early and was pre-wired for the Internet, special radios, and cable. He went well beyond in the finishing touches.
