Asked rep to leave property. Very unhappy

I am happy with them but I found we had old termite damage. They say that because they can't find active termite they do not warranty that. Which I think is boloney because we have been using them for over 8 years. So I don't see this as them standing behind their warranty. Their prices are ok. They are very responsive.

My neighbors use them also. They have made our yard look a lot better.

I was disappointed with their service. I had some small issues with my lawn. I called up the company but they did not respond to my call until about 2 months later. My small issues in the lawn became bigger issues. They blamed the issues on the irrigation system. I had the irrigation company come out and check their system. Everything was working fine. The lawn continued to die. About a month later the general manager came out and apologized but it was not their fault. They offered to pay for half of the resodding. I found another man that would reseed my lawn for a cheaper price and whom I had confidence in. I then discontinued the use of Massesy Services.

The absolute worse. I would never recommend them to anyone.

IT'S OK. YOU DON'T SEE THEM. ALL I GET IS SOMETHING IN THE DOOR. THEY AREN'T VISIBLE. I CAN'T TELL ALL OF THE TIME THAT THEY HAVE BEEN THERE. THE WINTER MONTHS IN FLORIDA ARE HARD TO TELL. WE DON'T ALWAYS HAVE WINTER SO OUR GRASS DOESN'T ALWAYS NEED TO BE CUT IN THE WINTER.

THEY CAME IN EVERY MONTH. THEY DID THE WORK, AND I PAID THE BILL. THAT WAS IT. I DIDN'T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THEM COMING. THEY DID A FINE JOB. THAT'S ALL.

I KNOW WHEN WE'VE HAD TO CALL TO HAVE THEM COME OUT AND DO ADDITIONAL WORK, THAT THEY'VE BEEN PRETTY QUICK. THEY SEEM TO BE FINE IN TERMS OF PROFESSIONALISM.

I DON'T REALLY GIVE IT A WHOLE LOT OF THOUGHT, BUT THERE ARE NO BUGS IN THE HOUSE, SO I GUESS THEY ARE DOING THEIR JOB. ONE TIME MY HUSBAND MENTIONED HE SAW AN ANT HILL OUTSIDE, AND THEY TOOK CARE OF IT. OTHER THAN THAT, THEY KNOW WHAT TO DO TO GET THE JOB FINISHED.
