They didn't replace the part and cleaned out and re-did the transmission. It's not a good happening and when I left he said those things couldn't straight it in. This is the thirteenth ford escape; off the bottom line and I was not happy with it. The repair department said that they had three of them there, they had been waiting for this to pick other product, they didn't charge me on it but I'm not with the character.

Servicing area will be moved to new area-badly needed. I bought a 2013 Ford Escape and hate the fact that the door edges are VERY sharp. Told me that's just how they were made!! That's poor quality. Other servicing was fine
