Very helpful and pleasant. He explained that there was nothing wrong with the system. It had been set incorrectly, therefore the sprinklers were going off too often. He re set the sprinklers after checking all the sprinkler heads. He didn't just do it, he explained in depth. He charged only for the visit and consultation, not for until needed work. Very nice friendly people. I felt comfortable, and trust their integrity.
