Yup service tech came out saying he didn’t see mole cricket sings .said he couldn’t spray the whole yard even though I’ve seen the tunnels and dead ones in the driveway- he arrived about 4 hours after lawn was mowed and trimmed . Obviously didn’t believe me and he said he could spray perimeter. 3 1/2 minutes later he was done. Rcvd invoice and changed me for “lawn spray” for mole crickets. WTH terrible service after 7 years with this company

They come on a regular schedule and do a great job. I pay them every other month.

Deans killed my lawn. I replaced 75% of my lawn because they said it needed to be replaced to get rid of weeds. spent $1800 in the fall for new sod. Contacted them over last two months concerned that lawn was looking stressed. Technician said not to worry, that it will fine. I called yesterday to say it looks dead. That's what the supervision confirmed. I watered the lawn, they treated it and now its dead. They will not replace the grass. They are good at charging for the services, but they don't stand behind them. Consumer beware. Fired them today. I can't afford to pay folks who kill your new sod.

Very prompt, courteous and throrough

The cost is approx. $750/year for all of those services. I have been using them for approx. 9 years now. They come out whenever you call them and they truly want to satisfy you.

They were very professional. They came out and the termite inspection was great. They were very prompt. The pest control has been taken care of. I didn't have any problem or anything and everything is being controlled.

they do a great job, the only bugs I see are dead bugs and that is very rare... I would highly recommend them.

They came twice. I paid for a year in advance. You can call them to come back for free. They got rid of the Ants. The price was good. They don't come the same day. If you had a terrible infestation, they might. They came after a few days.

They did a great job. They were there within an hour of me calling. We had termites coming in through the bathroom. They sprayed that day, and then came back the next week and did a complete treatment, and we haven't seen any more termites since.
