Did not witness the actual work,but involved taking a shop vac outside and sucking the algae contained mess out of the drain line from the utility closet to the outside of bldg. This by the way is in a condo setting. In a matter of very short while they conquered the problem. Cleaned up the sitting water on the floor of utility closet and the carpet in the hallway whick was soaked. I can't praise more the work of this company. They are reasonable and punctual and very professional. I have used them for fifteen years.
