+ -1 moreFrank and his son Steven showed up right on time. Great people. Warm and friendly. The set right to work. First up on the roof, then outside perimeter of the home, the garage and driveway. Next they came inside and looked over every inch of the interior, operating all the light switches, opening and closing drawers and doors, testing the microwave for leakage, etc. When they were all done, Frank went over everything that they had found and gave us his opinion on how significant they were. He does up a report for you and a report for the Villages Warranty office. Great job - I would recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: As a new home owner in The Villages, Florida, you should have a home inspection done within one year of purchase. I needed a home inspection from a certified home inspector.
