TV Service - Cable
Comcast services stink and there's nothing I can do about it; they're the only company that comes in our park. Every month I have to call them about something going wrong. They're never on time, you always have to wait and you don't even get a phone call. The service doesn't work like it should; we pay such a high price; it should work. When I call them, I get put on hold for twenty minutes. The guy that came out wasn't professional, he was here for over an hour talking horribly about his family to my husband. If I didn't have to use this company, I would NEVER use them.
