Pure professionalism and outstanding quality of service! This Chem Dry franchise is the only place I will call to clean our carpet from now on! We wanted our carpet cleaned to prepare for our new baby's arrival. The representative that came to clean the carpet was very professional and friendly. He showed up right on time. He was very thorough in cleaning our carpets. I did not even need to point any spots out to him...he found them all and treated the stains specifically in addition to doing the overall cleaning. We had some pet urine spots, and he used a special type of flashlight to find exactly where the entire stain was (because you really couldn't see the spot since it was in the back of a closet). He then put some special treatment on the spot to really target it and get that awful smell out for good! In the baby's nursery, he even moved the crib and changing table so he could clean underneath them! I definitely was not expecting that, but he said he always does that in baby's rooms! I was VERY impressed by that. The whole cleaning only took a couple of hours, and the carpet was dry in about 2 to 3 hours after he left. He even gave me a FREE bottle of their spot cleaner!! It works SO great, it is all I ever use now when I get a spot on the carpet. I would definitely recommend Chem Dry by Matt McGonigal to EVERYONE out there! They are awesome!
