The repairs were completed within the prescribed time & with excellent quality materials. The insulation & capping of the porch area, removal of the old non-insulated roofing over the breezeways & the utility room were completed in 2 days. Michael is Amazing!! He responded immediately to our call and was out to our home for an estimate within 2 days!! He had our plan and start date within a few weeks and scheduled time to start was exact and finished within 2 days of his beginning estimate!! The cost estimate was perfect!! He kept us up to date on exactly what and when everything was going to happen and was always readily available for questions, via email, text, or personal phone call!! His subs are all very kind and punctual!! Every night before they left my house it was vacuumed and straightened!! I would highly recommend Certi-Struct Construction for any remodel job!!
