They charge me $100 a month for the lawn, cutting the shrubbery and stuff like that. They come by weekly but I pay them monthly. Their service is somewhat irregular. They, come by, but I don't know what day of the week they're going to be by or what service they're going to be performing at any point in time. Sometimes they fertilize, sometimes they trim the shrubbery or the plants, sometimes they blow the lawn, sometimes they edge. It would be nice to have some kind of a general idea of what they're going to do and when they're going to do it. They're very neat. They pick up all the cuttings. They do a nice job. They're very clean.
