They sell great quality furniture. Ours was made in the US. They sell 5-year spot removing warranties, which we welcome since the sofas are both white. All pieces were delivered a week ahead of schedule. They moved our old furniture in the garage and displayed the furniture very nicely, and demonstrated the use of the recliner. Later, we discovered a couple of spots on one of the sofas and they are sending one of their service technicians next week to fix it. We already went back to buy a daybed.

A lot od people buy their furniture from them. I would highly recommend them. They're quite reasonable on price.

Everything went well.

Upon delivery of the furniture we mentioned to the drivers that the set cushions needed to be attached to the dining room chairs. They felt a service person from the store would be better equipped to do this and would arrange it. This never happened. We spoke to a store salesman who said they would ask the furniture representative how to attach the cushions. This did not happen. I called and spoke to sales manager who describe over the phone how she felt they should attach. Each chair cost about 200.00 dollars and the cushions attach with Velcro . This does not work well and the cushions slide. Now because it is 3 months later they will not exchange the item. I am aware that 3 months is a long time to have a item before it is returned/exchanged however, we do not live in the area permanently so follow up between delivery and realization of a error in design functionality was delayed. In addition, the store did not return calls or follow through with what they said they would do for us.

The leather double recliner has a 2in hole in the side of both seat cushions.
My wifes lady recliner is power and when you tilt it back with in 2min. it has to be run back again because it wont hold its position...
The bed room suit is beautiful but they put the wrong legs on the bed and i and my wife need a foot stool to get in bed its so high..
The dinning room table, four chairs are perfect..
They have sent people to our house to see and take pictures of the imperfections, but no one ever comes back to repair anything.
I have called.stoped in to the store and  all i get is lies. They never fallow up on what they say they will do.
I was in the furniture and upholstering business for 41 years and did service work for 7 furniture stores and i know this not how to keep a customer happy..

They were excellent.  They have good service and right price.  The delivery was prompt.  They have beautiful showrooms.  The sales personnel are very personable.  Altogether everything costed us around $1500.  The staff members are very personable and knowledgeable.  The service that they provided was prompt and efficient.  We shopped around a lot with regard to price before we got their price.  We will use their services again in the future if we need to.
