AirSpec Inc
About us
AirSpec Inc was formed in 2002 due to the rising concern over safety and wellness issues involving indoor air quality in the State of Florida. Since our inception, we have completed over 3,000 mold and indoor air quality assessments, 4,000 post remediation inspections, and over 1,000 cause and origin investigations. We pride ourselves in the detailed quality of our reports, our unbiased observations, and our quick report turn around. Furthermore, all of our IAQ professionals have a strong environmental background with a minimum of a Bachelors of Science Degree. Our Environmental Scientists also undergo an extensive on-the-job training program and attend yearly training courses. We have a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIEC), and Certified Mold Inspector (CMI) on staff. "A response from our owner Mike Steepy We strive to present in a professional manner; however, we apparently did not exceed your expectations during this assessment. The employee mentioned in your review has been an excellent mold assessor and has been in the public health field for over 30 years. Rest assured, we have addressed this situation internally and have amended our code of conduct. According to our records, you are not the client on this project. We maintain strict confidentiality of our projects; therefore, we cannot provide you with our report findings and recommendations. I have reviewed the report and I can assure you that we accurately assessed your apartment and have provided a report with appropriate corrective actions. Please be aware that we have no control over any outcomes in your apartment beyond our assessment and report delivery."
