Not Good at all. They sprayed my new appliances with cleaning products which stained them very badly, I called and they came to access the damage and tried to fix it, but were not able to. Since then they have avoided my requests and I have filed a Small Claims case against them. I try to use local small businesses in Florida, but this time I was really disappointed.

Our home is less than 2 years old but we purchased it recently. We had dryer vent cleaned for peace of mind. Thura-Clean inspected and cleaned the vent. The system was pretty clean and it appears our dryer does a decent job of trapping lint...Good to know!
They were scheduled between 11 and 12. We received a call at 11:30 letting us know that they were running about an hour behind and we were given the option of rescheduling. They arrived about about 1:15. This was not really an issue for us on this day but it could have been.
