Superior helped us find a thermofoil product that was a very close match to our existing cabinets. The results are beautiful and updated. We had a couple of small glitches which were resolved quickly. Superior is a wonderful company to work with and we will use them again when we get ready to do the bathroom. Recommend this company if you want a quality result provided by friendly people.

The installers were very professional but their clean up was mediocre I don't hold that against them because in my part of the world it's different. They just came and went there were no delays.

Billy Joe was very professional. He came and gave us the estimate. Both my husband and I are very handy, but were not equipped to handle making our own Formica countertops. Billy Joe assessed the job and made an excellent suggestion on how to handle an unusual configuration in the kitchen. The old countertop around the sink extended out under the window (in front of the sink) and connected to a countertop on the lanai. We wanted to get rid of the countertop on the lanai. Billy Joe measured and the resulting countertop fit perfectly under the window and even with the outside wall. He was willing to install the new countertops within 3 days, but we weren't ready. We were removing the old countertops and my husband was doing some rewiring before the new countertops were installed. We decided on 1 week later. We are very happy with the workmanship and his professionalism. He came on time as promised with a helper and installed the countertops himself. As I mentioned before, they fit perfectly. I would definitely recommend this company.

Initial work was OK, not the best. However, the sides of the cabinets were metal, which we were not informed of when placing the order for our new kitchen and bathroom cabinets. We have built 4 custom homes and have never had metal sides on our cabinets. Seemed cheap.
Main problem is now 6 years later the thermo-foil cabinet doors are separating and coming apart. We started contacting Superior Cabinets approx. 3-4 months ago, making phone calls. Spoke to female a couple of times and she said someone would call us back. They never did. She also advised us that the doors only had a 5 year guarantee. However, she said that the manufacturer now has a ten year guarantee- whichs speaks to the issue that there was a problem with the doors.
We also called and left messages on answering machine a couple of times. No one returned our call. My husband even stopped by their office and they said someone would get back to us and again they did not.
I finally began email correspondence with the company and after a few emails back and forth they said they will come out and measure the doors that need to be replaced, and order the doors- at a cost to us- but that's not the problem.
They stressed to me a couple of times that they are very busy and may take a while to come out to our house. I have read other reviews that they are non-responsive and I told them I do not want to wait months for the cabinet doors to be replaced. They said it would take 2-3 weeks to get the doors from the manufacturer- and then they would call and make an appointment to come out and replace the doors- however they will not commit to a time-frame to do so. This is the problem.

When we decided to replace our bathroom vanity we couldn't find anything we liked within our price range either online,or at HomeDepot,Lowes etc.,so we thought about having one custom made locally.Went to Angies list and found Superior Cabinets.We visted their factory/office in Lecanto,and they showed us around.We told them what we wanted,and they made a few suggestions to improve our design.We asked for some time to think it over.We got a call the next day,agreed on a price,went back to the factory and picked out the stye,color, hardware,and delivery date,and that was all there was to it.They called the day before delivery to set up a time.They showed up on time,and went right to work.The workmen knew what they were doing.The old one was removed,and the new one in place,and the job site cleaned up in about 1 1/2 hours.It looks great!What an improvement.All the people were a pleasure to deal with;no high pressure of any kind,and the quality was excellent.GOOD JOB!

Superior's services, and charges are most satisfactory. I am not sure if their prices are so good because we have used them so many times, or those are the prices they charge. Superior is the only cabinet installer we will use.

I like that they pride in their work and are fun to work with. They have a lot of choices and are patient with people who are confused about what countertops to use for which cabinets. They help in decision making and have worked with so many kitchens and bathrooms that they know what goes with what. They also have a product for people who can spend much, just like granite, which saves a lot of money and still gives a high-class look. They have worked on my house in Florida, my friend's home, doors, laminated countertops and kitchen remodel. I would recommend them as they do a custom job.
