first experience was my daughter and her puppy to the brand new facility. they were very good to her and the puppy. however, my daughter dropped the puppies medication in the parking lot, with her name, puppies name etc. on the medication. Some body returned the medication to the office. Nobody from the office bothered to call my daughter. she spent hours searching for the medication.
next i called them for a lame horse. explained to the vet that came out he gets abcesses. she said lets do xrays. i agreed, she wanted me to trailer him to the hospital for diagnosesand treatment. trailering him would have stressed him beyond belief. they did portable xrays, he stood beautifully. she calles me back and diagnosed my horse with acute laminitis. prescribed orthotics, meds, you name it. a week later my farrier came out-- found the abcess.
I took my big male in for neutering. Never spoke with or saw the vet when I dropped him off or picked him up. The tech that brought him out to me yanked my dog back when he saw me and tried to get to me.
again I will only use in case of ER and as last resort.
all about making $$$ how any body was faring.
