Went terrible. Charged me for finally showing up after several failed appointments. Did not do the work, would not have them back.

They came out and looked at the situation. Provided and estimate and when I approved, scheduled the job to begin within a few days. Two workers showed up and completed the job, which consisted of completely removing existing wall, digging out and placing a underlayment of crushed rock and leveling sand, and then rebuilding the free standing wall. The process took several days labor. The finished job looks great, would recommend their services.

Very good, very prompt. From the visit for the estimate to the completion. They were here first thing monday and on wed morning it was finished. They also added a 3/4 inch line to the back part of my lot for a spigot.

They came to fix some sprinklers and they cut the phone lines. The phone company came out and repaired the phone line and called them to tell them they had cut the phone line. They sent out a different person who argued that they weren't responsible even though he wasn't there when it happened. He repaired the sprinkler as the phone company had also found some wires that weren't covered properly. When he was finished he did not fill in dirt around the sprinkler head telling me it needed to be done. I had also asked him to repair a faulty sprinkler head on the other side of the lawn and he never tested it after making the repair. After he left I tested it and the head immediately came off. I called him and he came back but it was too much of an ordeal. We had been using them for years and this was terrible treatment.

"To start with the member is not the owner of the property. The property is a rental, and someone who is the homeowner authorized the work and was quite happy with the service we provided. The member did in fact call our office after repairs to the sprinkler system (which were extensive) and stated that her phone line had been cut. A nearby crew was dispatched to see if they could resolve the problem. Upon arrival, the second crew noted that no work had been performed anywhere near the utilities which were clearly marked by the locating company. As we had called in locates on this job prior to starting. The crew leader called the office as to how to procede, because the customer seemed very irate and appeared to be inebriated or otherwise impaired. The crew leader was told to repair or adjust whatever she wanted and return to the office. As a courtesy we called her phone company and registered her complaint that her phone line had been cut. Contact was then made with the home owner, who advised us to disregard the renter and then promptly paid for our services. If there is ever any issue with a customer we attempt to rectify the problem."

The job went fine. They work was good, but they were not very responsive or on time. They are professional though and I would use them again in the future.

I have used them for sprinkler installation and repair, and to add on to an existing system that I’ve had. I had a gigantic tree removed and was doing some stump grinding. The roots were completely entangled around my 1-inch waterlines; I didn’t know that and I cut right through them. I called Grimaldi's; they set up an appointment for the same day and called 20 minutes before they came. There were 2 men who were here in about an hour. They had it all put together and charged me $86. I thought that it was going to cost me more. Their price was very competitive. When I call them, I don’t even ask them for the cost because I know that they will do a good job. They are prompt, responsive and punctual, and do a very good job.
