All Exterior Aluminum

We called Dennis Castle for the job, as we have worked with him before and he and his people always did a great job for us. The owner of All Exterior Aluminum, Inc., Dan Wilson, was the lead man on the job. He screened in an existing concrete pato. However, the roof leaks. He has been back at least three times to fix it, but it still leaks. He stood us up several times before showing up, doesn't call if he needs to cancel or change an appointment.  He might say he will be over on Saturday at 9:00 but won't show up till noon. 
Nevertheless, the roof still leaks. I have called several times, but can never talk to him  I can only leave messages for him, but he will not return my calls. I want to finish the room, but I can't because a leaking roof could ruin an expensive epoxy floor job. The contractor, Dennis Castle, said he didn't do a very good job on the roof, and he too has been trying to have him come back, but he never returns any calls. I am about to file a claim against hs insurance company.  I have his license number for Marion County, Florida, but I don't know if it is still in force, or if that will tell me what company insures him.  Alot of money for a poor juo.
