For 6 months they came back every other week because it wasn?t working. They sent out different tecnichians every time, they finally changed the air handler, took out my copper one and replaced it with aluminum. I had to hassle with it for 6 months. I would never use them again

rental unit has old ac/heat (30 yrs old ) air care keeps it running at reasonable prices .they  also service my own home .they have never disappointed .

Gentlemen arrived as promised. Martin was able to diagnose the problem in about 10 minutes. They had the parts required on the truck. We were cool and comfortable about an hour after they arrived!
I have worked with Martin for about seven years. He has always taken care of the problems quickly and at a fair price.

This is the third time I have used Air Care Heating and Cooling in Lecanto. As usual, they were on time, professional and did a thorough job for a very reasonable fee. Marty showed up as scheduled, checked out both of my systems, thoroughly cleaned the coils on the interior and exterior units and checked the freon levels in both systems. He worked steadily for over two hours and charged $113, which I thought was very reasonable. My two systems are older, but are in good condition. No one at this company has ever tried to upsell me any service I didn't need. When the time comes to replace my existing systems, I won't call anyone else. Just an FYI - There are a number A/C companies in this area with simlar names. I highly recommend this company.

Marty Came on a Saturday just as he promised. Spent nearly an hour going over my ac unit and inspecting it for leaks. Very informative and helpful. I showed him a finger print that was not there before and he explained how some companies can cause leaks when there aren't any. He assured me my unit is okay and to just keep a watch on it. No extra charges, no extras at all, just a professional that I will call back.

They were good to answer our questions. They were very good to address any follow up issues we had.

Called Air Care at 12:30 pm, was told they could have a tech at my home by 2 pm. "K" arrived 20 minutes early and got right to work, explained what he was going to do and took care of the problem. I asked "K" if I could watch and he said no problem and talked me through what he was doing from beginning to end. Overall an A+++++++ experience, from the pleasant voice I got when I called to the professional tech who showed up to solve the problem. Same day service with a very reasonable cost. I will definitely call Air Care again.
