They are the BEST ELECTRICIANS THAT I HAVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE TO HIRE. I am very handy. I have installed my own central a/c. I have electrical knowledge. Best Electric is an entire company of ethical, knowledgeable, punctual people. They attend to the littlest detail.

Everything went great. Larry showed up on time, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and the price was fair. Second time I have used them and I would not hesitate to recommend them to all my neighbors and Angie's list friends.

Best Electric did a great job.  I got 4 other estimates and they were $200 to $900 less expensive than the next competitor in Venice.  I would recommend them for any job.  As a matter of fact, I will be having them come back and doing some wiring in my attic for new lights.

Overall they did a good job but they were hard to get ahold of.  This was the first time I've used them and the work has held up fine since they came out.

I left and message on the answering machine before they opened. I got a prompt call back from Ruth. She had Ron stop by within 30 minutes to check out my problem. Ron gave me an estimate, which I approved. Ron came back after his scheduled job with the parts needed for my repair. Ron did an excellent job. Prompt, courteous and professional, what more could you ask for. I will definitely use Best Electric again. The other companies I called have not even returned my call yet.

On time. Quickly and professionally went through my list. I will use them again.

Frank and his crew showed up on time and worked hard for a couple hours. The outlet for the dishwasher and the new circuit for the microwave weren't in his initial estimate but he had no problem adding it on and doing it the same day. While working on the dishwasher he discovered the microwave hadn't been wired correctly when it was installed and pointed this out and explained the potential problems if it was left. However, he wasn't pushy or just trying to get extra work out of it. He is coming back to do another project next week.

I called mid morning and spoke to a very nice lady. I told her what I required to get done and she put me on hold in order for her to contact one of the electricians. She came back online after a few seconds and said that someone would be over shortly. A very pleasant gentleman showed up about a half hour later and gave me an estimate on the work I needed to get done. Once satisfied with his estimate I told him to go ahead and schedule the work to be completed. He left, as he another job to do. Within a half hour I received a call telling me he could do it within the next hour. He picked up the required supplies and showed up shortly thereafter. The work was completed and tested to my satisfaction. He even cleaned up after himself. I was very pleased by this companies professional attitude with all the people I spoke with and would be more than happy to recommend Best Electric to anyone who asks.

We have used Best Electric for many years, and the standard of their work has always been excellent. They have just completed a series of items for us and have worked quietly and efficiently through the complete list. The results are great.
They were also good at letting us know other maintenance issues they spotted for us to raise with other providers. Many thanks for a great job done!

Fast and quality work, with a very courteous electrician who was very organized and respectful of our stuff.

Went very well. Courteous, neat and on-time worker. Price was probably fair for the time spent, though I was surprised that the job took two half-days.

I called them, they were able to come out that day luckily, they were able to fix it, and it didn't take them too long to fix it. Then I needed a light fixture replaced in my attic and that took him a while to fix because that was a big job and my attic didn't have any stairs or anything so he had to use a ladder to get up there. The thing is, since he did that, I have problems with my light in my room next to the attic that is downstairs, so I am not sure if he knocked that out or if something else happened and I never was able to call them back. I was pleased with the work though other than that.

Not sure if we needed to have everything done at one time. It seemed so complicated
to have to schedule FPL to come out and coincide with the project.
It would have been nice if he had given us a suggestion, of what to do now, and what we can do at a later date
So as not to be so overwhelmed with the cost.
To be fair, we didn't bother calling anyone else for an estimate, we've been living with this issue for quite a few
years. It's frustrating , not knowing what breaker to check if something goes out. It's all mislabeled, so we're reduced to
flipping them all on and off. Obviously getting a new box, is a major deal.

From the beginning, our communication with Ruth for electrical box installation and equipment replacement was such a great experience. Professionalism #1, they know what they're doing, been doing it for a long time, honest and punctual. Ron came out to check out our newly purchased home in Venice, FL, and Ruth sent us the estimate just 24 hours after our initial phone call. AWESOME!
The installation of our new box and equipment was done yesterday, all is well and we're finally able to get our 4 pt inspection on our new home. We would recommend this company highly to anyone needing electricians in the Sarasota County area. You won't be disappointed. Thanks again Ruth and Ron - a family business that cares!

Electrician fixed our problem, then because there was a minimum fee and it hadn't taken much time, he asked whether there was anything else in the house that he could fix. We would certainly use him again.
