WOOD YOU FURNITURE

I was very impressed with the sales help and the quality of the file cabinet. My only complaint was with the man who stained it and delivered it. I discussed this carefully with the sales help, who wrote down everything I asked for. I furnished a sample drawer from another piece of furniture so he could match the color, and pulls that I wanted installed, again to match the other piece of furniture. He telephoned me one evening to ask whether I wanted the stain to match the drawer or the pulls... by this time I was too tired to explain, so I said "the pulls", which I regretted, but it is not a big deal, but why would I furnish a drawer from another piece of furniture if I wanted to match the pulls? When he delivered it he sat in the truck for at least 15 minutes chatting with his friend, even though he knew I was waiting inside for the delivery. This was very rude. I had to go outside to signal to him that he should deliver the furniture. The pulls were not installed, so I asked him to do that. The whole episode with this man was puzzling, and a detraction from the company as a whole. Yes, I would buy more furniture there, but I would be VERY firm about finishing options. The project took about 6 weeks to complete.
