It appeared a piece was broken in the track mechanism and needed a part replacement. Vinny had it ordered and a technician came to my home and repaired the assembly. Very professional, friendly and I am pleased. I would call on him again.

It was fair. He was knowledgeable to what he fixed. It was not very satisfactory. When i searched Angie's list, i searched for the highest rated and some of those people i called never picked up their phones. When i searched Angie's list, he was not rated. He is the only one who responded and i cannot compare price. I would not use him because he is a sub-contractor.

It went very well and he performed a thorough repair job making them as good as new. The whole time he had an assistant with and he was teaching this person the correct way to do the work.  Based on his conversations with this gentleman and the results on my blinds (who nobody in the past was able to fix) I could tell this was a guy who  was knowledgeable, gave a d*** about doing a good job and respecting the customer.  I would recommend him to anybody and will use him in the future for anything to do with window treatments.

Vinny came to us primarily as a plantation shutter installer, since the ordering of the shutters was performed through a designer. However, the designer knew nothing about plantation shutters, so Vinny came to our home twice before the installation to do the measurements and to suggest shutter solutions for our French door/window configurations. He really knows shutters, and was a wealth of information about the many types and features we could choose from. He provided references for his work. He even helped the designer with the ordering.
He and two helpers arrived promptly for the installation. He was neat, courteous, and very conscientious. He showed pride of workmanship not only in the installation, but also in the final touch-ups. He took the time to explain proper operation and care of the shutters. He cleaned up all the construction debris afterwards. He did an excellent job, and we would not hesitate to recommend him to others and to use his services again in the future.

The sheers had to be removed when we had impact doors/windows installed. There was a change in the header space which made reinstall of the hanger difficult. Vinny was also able to help us find a provider to clean the sheers, which was big.

We will definitely recommend this provider for all of your window treatment needs.
