I believe you have the incorrect company . Please call our office at 954-256-8111 to clarify, please correct this review as you can not review a company you have never done business with and review the correct company. "I am sorry to hear you are not safisfied with your experience. I have gone over the documents and it appears the list of items Gerard gave us way in no way complete. A 26 foot truck is more than large enough to move the list of items and boxes you provided us and also agreed that the list was correct by signing the agreement . The move took 4 days because the list was incorrect , our calendar was full - we delivered the full 26 foot truck the same day , then rented a smaller truck to take the overages. It cost both you and the company a lot of money to do a second trip - we could not inconvenience our other clients because you did not provide accurate information about the items you were moving . As for the damaged desk, it was made out of particle board - you signed the contract that clearly states - due to the nature of the products stability it is not recommended and a waiver is signed if it incurs damage as it is not made to be dissasembled, reassembled and moved. You signed off on the standard liability of 60 cents per pound which is what our governing authorities mandate we provide at no additional cost to you. This is all in the contract you signed. If the items you listed were the items that went - the truck would have been more than adequate. There was no bait and switch - if correct information would have been conveyed the move would have been more money and done in one day with two trucks. Please contact claims about your damages and again I am sorry for your experience."
