I was most impressed when my daughter was moved up to the next age group last week. I asked the front office administrator if this move would affect our tuition. She said it only changes when the child has a birthday, at which point, the administrator remembered my daughter turning three two months prior. No tuition adjustment had been made at that time, which was an oversight and an honest mistake. Without me saying a word, the administrator printed a tuition payment report and immediately credited our account for the overage I had paid since my daughter turned three. I was very impressed with her professionalism and honesty.
