This is probably the most outstanding experience that I've had with a contractor/company! The manufactured product (a deck rail) was exactly what I wanted. When Owen sent me the cost estimate and his vision of the rail, I had no idea how truly beautiful it was going to be in reality. When I sent photos and videos of the completed installation to my wife (on vacation in another country), she was so pleasantly shocked at the superb quality that she did not think it was her home! Very amazing and I am very happy with how this project came to fruition. Thank you, Owen!!

Owen propped up the roof, he off the rusted posts, welded on galvanized replacements, put a place under them, bolted the plate to the concrete below and then filled in the hole with concrete. It looks great!

Excellent! I contacted Owen and sent him some pictures of what the mailbox looked like. He called me back and gave me a price. He came several days later and welded the box onto the post perfectly.

It went very well. I expected a surface repair like I had seen elsewhere, where the lower section of the pole is cut out and replaced and where the bottom of the pole is attached by L-brackets to the surface of the patio. Owen cut into the concrete, replaced the rusted section and sunk huge bolts securing the L-brackets beneath the surface of the patio. The hole was then filled with concrete making a neat, level square around the pole. No visible brackets and a solid fix. Thanks Owen!
