All- roads express exceeded my expectations, from the excellent customer service at the time of booking to the delivery and staging of my 3 bedroom apartment. The estimator was very meticulous regarding my inventory he arranged a virtual walkthrough of the condo making the day of the move smooth and stress free the delivery time was on point and they even handled the reservations of the elevator and certificate of insurance for the condo. I have to say that from the 1/2 dozen relocations Iâ ve had in my life so far this is the best company hands down because the delivery was just as good as the pickup . Considering the details of my move the price was the most competitive. Thank you All- roads express for being so professional during this transition.

They charged me for storage that turned out to be in public storage, lost half of my shipment and then, o ce discovered, shipped the portion found a month later, lost several boxes (which were keepsake boxes), and damaged a number of items in shipment. Only bright spots were the salesperson and the customer support. They were excellent.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience! DO NOT HIRE THIS GHETTO UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY! The absolute WORST experience EVER!

We used All-Roads Express to move from Florida to Texas and were very satisfied. During the estimating phase the sales representative was extremely helpful. As the move date was imminent we were kept updated on the status of our moving truck and forewarned about potential schedule adjustments. While the move was underway we found the staff on both the loading and unloading to be extremely customer oriented and competent. After the move the driver pointed out a needed furniture repair which the company promptly resolved.

Good job of inventorying items at pick up. Good value. Contract said that we would be notified of the delivery date within 24 hours of pickup. However, we were not told of the delivery date until 10 days after pickup. Moving staff was professional and worked hard, however the driver had to unload our delivery by himself because his helper was a no show. I would recommend All Roads Express because of their price/value, but they need to better live up to their contract on delivery communication and ensure adequate staff to unload the delivery.

The office staff was great. Showed up on time. Got the shipment to our house as promised. Did not provide advance notice of the delivery. Clothes were just dumped in the wardrobe boxes and they did not use the hangars they were on. Purchased additional insurance and a painting we had was damaged. Still trying to get a response to fix it (been 6 weeks so far).

My sales representative, Nirva Borgia, is the reason I went with this company. Nirva was very professional and very supportive and explained everything perfectly. She is a great asset to your company. My complaint would be that the packers did not label one single box and there were many. They mixed rooms together, a few items were broken, Could not put the boxes in any certain room so had to put most all of them in the garage before they could be gone through, very time consuming on my part. Also several items that were marked to be loaded were not. I am missing a few items too. The 2 gentleman that delivered were very good but I did a lot of helping to bring things in myself. They did not even try and put the lamp back together, the only thing that need to be reassembled. In your companys defense, I was not there during the loading of the truck, which now I regret I was not there. and the new owners were and to my understanding were really on them to get done and out quickly. But like I mentioned earlier Nirva was really my deciding factor in hiring you company.

All-Roads Express did a great job with a small load of furniture we needed moved from Florida to Massachusetts. The front office communicated everything clearly and there were no surprises anywhere along the way. The packers and movers carefully wrapped and shipped some family antiques that arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely hire All-Roads Express again if I needed a moving company.

The initial experience was very good, espy the pick-up and loading. The delivery left a lot to be desired. Some of it was on our side not understanding the different delivery options. The actual delivery was poorly done with significant delays and broken promises over three days. The multiple handling, especially at the FL warehouse, led to less than desired difficulties in unloading. There was only one person, the driver, for unloading. He did his best and we tipped him appropriately. We are smarter as a result of this experience.

Thorough and accountable customer service with ownerâ s real and accessible involvement. No costs were hidden, everything was disclosed, but not all in the quote. As a customer you have to arrive at that final number, just do your homework. This is true with most moving companies. Where there was a bit of a hiccup was in the quality of the team that did the delivery versus the excellent team that did the pickup and packing. Thatâ s because itâ s not the same company. Again, very common in the moving industry. The saving grace was having the access to the owner and customer service to problem solve on the spot and that was great.

I am concerned it was a bait and switch-- give you a low price and when they show up they double the price ,after moving everything into the truck.

Mark, one of the company representatives, was very transparent and communicative throughout the entire process. Both estimates were exactly what we ended up paying after the completion of two moves. This is a rarity in the moving business. You get what you pay for.

They did a great job - supposed to deliver tomorrow AM but packing team and driver were great. Have already called for delivery tomorrow and has only been 2 days. Would highly recommend

I have made many cross-country moves in the past but have never before had such a positive experience with any other mover. I tried All Roads Express after researching many firms finding All- Roads had nothing but positive reviews. From my first contact with their representative Mark, I had all questions answered, assistance with a changing situation and help with any problem. Because of the corona virus we had to change our timeline and load twice but found only understanding and willingness to change. Anytime I spoke with Mark his answer was: "No Problem. We will help you with any problem you have." The pickup and shipment were on the first date we had requested and we received a phone call from the driver the day before. HIram maneuvered the -truck to allow traffic to pass on our narrow road and was in and out as quickly as possible. We were impressed with his appearance and manner. He expected his assistant to arrive shortly but started work immediately, removing items in the order we had requested, the largest to go last after removing all but those. His help did not arrive but he completed the job by himself. He was very pleasant and agreeable and never complained about anything. As he left he told us he looked forward to seeing us at delivery in one week. When he arrived 1,500 miles north, the process proceeded in reverse. This time the large items came out first, again without assistance. Hiram was extremely careful with each item and with maneuvering through small halls and doors. His ability, hard work and diligence are to be commended. A few days after delivery we received a phone call from Mark, our original contact, asking about our experience. Very impressive! We will tell our friends about All-Roads Express.

They are responsive, easy to work with, and professional. They came, they saw, and did they ever pack. Same on the other end. A really great experience from someone who's had considerable experience with movers. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Kindness and sincerity. They helped me to think more clearly, and relax with the details of a move from one state to another.

THESE GUYS ARE THE REAL DEAL. MARK WON MY CONFIDENCE THE FIRST TIME WE SPOKE AND THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY PROMISED. THE TEAM WERE HARDWORKING, POLITE, PROFESSIONAL AND WENT OVER AND ABOVE TO ENSURE WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND ALL ROADS EXPRESS.

Professional, knowledgeable, hard working, they did exactly what we agreed upon!

Mover gave estimate by phone, actual amount much higher but still probaly less than most other movers would have charged.
